I had a previous boss recommend something like a "Victory File" in a work context to help remember your successes and build a case for a promotion, but never thought to do it in a personal context :)

I started to do both!

In work it's helpful for performance review/ promo time.

In personal life it's great when I'm not motivated, lose confidence (like on day 7, 8, 9 of this challenge, etc.
